President Lula Visits Rio Branco, Acre

On Monday, the former president of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (Lula), visited Rio Branco in the state of Acre. He was accompanied by Minister Marina Silva and National Coordinator of Civil Defense Wolnei Wolff. The purpose of their visit was to meet with Prefect Bocalomo and Governor Gladson Cameli to discuss the current situation in the region. The group met with local leaders and discussed ways to improve public safety and security in the area.
