Polo G Becomes First Ever Artist to Receive iPhone Chain

Rapper Polo G has made history as the first ever artist to receive an iPhone chain. The chain was created by jewelry designer Eliantte and is composed of over 5,000 diamonds set in 18k white gold. It features a replica of the original iPhone, complete with the iconic home button and headphone jack. The design was inspired by the rapper’s hit single “Pop Out” which features Lil Tjay and has been streamed over one billion times on Spotify alone. Eliantte said in a statement that they wanted to create something special for Polo G that would reflect his success as an artist. The chain took six months to create and cost $250,000 USD. In addition to being crafted from diamonds, it also features two sapphires representing Polo G’s eyes and a rose gold logo on the back of the phone representing his record label Columbia Records. Polo G took to Instagram shortly after receiving the chain where he thanked Eliantte for their hard work in creating such an amazing piece of art. He said that he was humbled by their dedication and passion for creating something so unique for him and promised fans that he would continue making music they can enjoy forever. This isn’t the first time Eliantte has designed something special for a celebrity; they have previously created custom pieces for Cardi B, Offset, 21 Savage, Quavo, Future, Meek Mill and more.
